Regional Director of Management Services – Albuquerque

HOAMCO is seeking an ambitious team player and experienced Regional Director of Management Services in our Albuquerque office. The selected candidate will report directly to the Vice President and will provide high level executive leadership assistance, business development/marketing assistance, human resource oversight, and will actively support HOAMCO values, vision and philosophies, while demonstrating a style of leadership that allows both internal and external clients’ needs to be met with a high level of satisfaction. Must possess exceptional problem solving, organizational and administrative abilities. You must demonstrate strong financial statement insight, excellent project management, computer and communication skills. HOA management experience required, CMCA, AMS, PCAM preferred. Employment contingent upon pre-employment background and drug screens, and computer assessments. Salary DOE.
